Introduction

AskSayso, Inc. ("Sayso," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it when you use Sayso Composer, our script generation application (the "Service").

This Policy applies specifically to Sayso Composer and supplements the Sayso Privacy Policy at www.asksayso.com/privacy, which covers the broader Sayso platform.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information We Collect

• •Account Information: Your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider) when you create an account.
• •Script Inputs and Outputs: The answers you give in the script wizard (for example, your lead source, goals, market, and any free-text details you choose to share) and the generated scripts, which are saved to your account library.
• •Billing Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We store your plan status and Stripe account identifiers; we never see or store your card number.
• •Automatic Information: Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs collected by our hosting providers for security and reliability. The Service sets only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising trackers.

AI Processing

Sayso Composer generates scripts using artificial intelligence. When you request a script, your wizard answers are sent to third-party AI model providers (via our AI routing provider) to produce your script. These providers process your inputs to return the generated text and are bound by their own data protection commitments.

Practical tip: the wizard only needs general information about your lead type and goals. Please do not enter sensitive personal information about yourself or your leads (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) into the free-text fields.

How We Use Your Information

• •Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

• •Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse of the Service
• •Process payments and manage subscriptions
• •Send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset messages
• •Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security threats

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party marketers.

When We Share Information

• •Vendors and Service Providers: With trusted third parties who perform services for us under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations: database and authentication hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery (Resend), application hosting, and AI model providers as described above.
• •Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• •Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• •To Prevent Harm: When we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, security issues, or potential harm.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information, requesting a copy of your data, and withdrawing consent where applicable.

To exercise these rights, email support@asksayso.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" (or a description of your request). Include your account email so we can verify your identity. Once verified, we will complete deletion requests within 30 days unless we must retain certain records for legal, security, or contractual reasons. Deleting your data will remove your saved scripts and may disable your access to the Service.

Security Measures

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer in accordance with applicable laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
