Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and AskSayso, Inc. ("Sayso," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of Sayso Composer, our script generation application (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept the updated Terms. The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

• •Free plan: Includes a limited number of script generations per account (currently 3). We may adjust free limits at any time.
• •Monthly plan: A recurring subscription (currently $4.99/mo) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage subscription; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Monthly usage is subject to fair-use limits.
• •Lifetime plan: A one-time payment (currently $50) granting access to Sayso Composer for the life of the product. It is personal to your account and non-transferable, and is subject to fair-use limits that prevent abuse.
• •Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact support@asksayso.com and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
• •Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Scripts and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, the Sayso Script Book, and the "Sayso" name, logo, and related marks, is the property of AskSayso, Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our underlying prompts or content library.

You own the information you enter into the wizard, and you are free to use the scripts generated for your account in your own business, including on real calls with your leads. Because scripts are generated by AI from common patterns, similar scripts may be generated for other users; you do not acquire exclusive rights to any particular wording.

AI Output and Compliance Disclaimer

Scripts are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions, not professional or legal advice. They may contain errors or statements that do not fit your situation. Review every script before using it.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated scripts, including compliance with all laws and rules that apply to your outreach: telemarketing and consent laws (such as the TCPA), Do Not Call registries, state and local calling rules, and any MLS, association, or brokerage policies. Sayso does not monitor or verify your compliance and is not responsible for how the Service is used in practice.

Prohibited Uses

• •Using the Service for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes
• •Uploading malicious code or any material that interferes with system security
• •Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code, prompts, or content libraries from the Service
• •Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or other technical protections
• •Using automated tools to collect data from the Service without written permission
• •Reselling access to the Service or offering generated output as a competing script generation service

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms and pursue any legal remedies available.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or data loss that may occur.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware before a single arbitrator, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Disputes may only be brought on an individual basis. Claims must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskSayso, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $500 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is less.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that any script will produce particular business results.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, subject to the arbitration terms above.
